Appointment Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
This can be done by SMS or email. Should you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours prior, your booking deposit will not be refunded without exception.
Late Arrivals Policy
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience the client booked directly after you. We regret that late arrivals will not receive a time extension so please arrive on time or early.
